During Halloween of 2016, Canmore offered a unique experience to the community: an incredible haunted house built on a parkade of a construction site by numerous volunteers and some very important sponsors. The construction and decoration team was Cyd Fraser, Marty Avery, Mike Gould, Roger Gisler and Stephen White.
The Deadman Mine Haunted House was open for three days to the public, from 6-9pm, and the entrance ‘fee’ was either food or money to the local Food Bank.
The haunted house raised $2,571.90 in cash and 940lbs of food donations!
